I am involved in the day to day use of the DIRWEB system. The system is involved in monitoring data obtained from the Drug Intervention Programme from various treatment agencies, police stations, courts and prisons in the following areas - Merseyside and Cheshire, Eastern England, West Midland and the North-East of England.
